We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Customs Duty

Shipments outside of the UK & EU: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Pricing Policy

During sale periods we reserve the right to amend or reduce prices at our own discretion. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment can be offered to price match if the item is further marked down.


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the appealtoheaven.co website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Order Cancellation

Please contact Customer Service at info@appealtoheaven.co as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by our delivery service.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Appeal To Heaven without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Appeal To Heaven Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Appeal To Heaven has been advised of the possibility damages. Applicable law may not allow limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Lost Items

Appeal To Heaven is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Carrier company holds full responsibility upon departure from Appeal To Heaven Store’s shipping facility. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier.

Appeal To Heaven Store will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of the carrier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.


Unsuitable items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if the return item has not been worn, is in the same condition it was when shipped out, and is accompanied with all original tags, labels, invoices and packaging.

Please contact us at info@appealtoheaven.co before returning any purchase. We will authorise your return/exchange and provide you with an RA# that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct RA#.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs; including the return of the item and the shipping for any exchange. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.

For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
